The following terms and conditions apply to products covered by the BeHealth Warranty (“Warranty”) purchased from www.behealth.ae:

  • The warranty, provided by BeHealth, commences from the date of purchase for a minimum period of 1 year OR the duration specified in the BeHealth Sales Order/Invoice accompanying the product.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any third party.
  • This warranty does not constitute a guarantee or assurance regarding the materials, workmanship, or performance of the product.
  • Covered under the warranty are mechanical and/or electrical defects, with the following exclusions:
    • Non-operational components including paint, coloring, accessories, detachable plugs/attachments, and product finishes.
    • Upholstery defects, excluding standard wear and tear such as stains, marks from frequent usage, and scratches.
    • Consumable items like batteries, filters, and gel pads.
    • User-performed routine maintenance and cleaning as per the manual.
    • Unauthorized modifications, altered serial numbers, or repairs by non-authorized personnel.
    • External faults like wiring, electrical connections, or incorrect electrical supply usage.
    • Accidental or intentional physical damage, poor storage conditions, and damage due to natural disasters or environmental factors.
    • Shipping, delivery, customs charges, commercial use, and public rental.
    • Diagnosis without identified defects or any incidental, contingent, special, or consequential damages.
  • BeHealth reserves the right to repair or replace malfunctioning products with similar specifications. Replacement of the product terminates the warranty, with the original product becoming the property of BeHealth upon customer acceptance.
  • The cumulative cost of repairs and replacements shall not exceed the purchase price of the product during the warranty period.
  • Product service fees and spare parts costs may apply for repairs beyond the warranty period. A 30-Day User Verification Period (UVP) is offered for post-repair observation.

  • Messages will be responded to within 24 working hours if immediate assistance is unavailable.
  • The warranty is non-transferable upon sale of the product. Any transfer requires renewal with payment corresponding to 10% of the device’s value per year of extended coverage.
